Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your new purchase. Please try on your item(s) for fitting purposes indoors when you receive them. If, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us (please include the label tags) within 30 days of it's arrival to you for an exchange or refund. You are responsible for the return shipping.

Note: We only accept new product returns if the item(s) can be sold as brand new, having been worn indoors or on carpet only.

Note: After 30 days, we will accept back products for exchange, store credit or if there is a question of manufacturers defect. Worn defective products may be sent back before or after 30 days for exchange. Note: any product sent back for credit due to defect may need to be sent to our manufacturers for evaluation before an exchange or store credit will take place. No refunds will take place on worn product or after 30 days. An adjustment in refund price for promo products received as part of your purchase will take place if not returned at the value of the item(s). Click here for Warranty Information.

PLEASE follow these instructions to exchange or refund merchandise: THERE IS NO NEED TO CALL FIRST!

1. Print and complete the information on our Return/ Exchange Form and enclose a copy with the merchandise.

2. Ship the package using the shipment carrier of your choice. For your protection, insure the

package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

Note: If the package was damaged in shipment, please contact us by e-mail or call 208-522-9545 before returning. If we made a mistake on your order, please let us know and we will email you a shipping label or issue a call tag for the return. We will not refund your shipping costs if you return the items yourselves. We strive to process refunds and exchanges in a timely manner. Please allow a few days turn around time for the issuance of a refund or an exchange. Note: Refunds take a few days depending on your bank from the time we process the refund for the money to appear on your statements.

THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON THIS INTERNET SITE- If you have and issue with an item that you purchased elsewhere, please work through the store in which you purchased from or you can call the manufacturer directly.
